By accessing or using Proof of Strife (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Informational Results Only
Detection scores, labels, outputs, and reports are probabilistic estimates only. They are not facts, proof, legal findings, forensic conclusions, or guarantees.
Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or incorrect.
2. No Sole Decision Use
You agree not to use the Service as the sole basis for employment, moderation, copyright enforcement, academic discipline, legal action, platform penalties, or other consequential decisions.
3. User Responsibility
You represent that:
- You own or have rights to submit uploaded content
- You will not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or sensitive material
- You will comply with applicable laws
4. Prohibited Uses
- Automated scraping or abuse
- Attempting to reverse engineer the service
- Using outputs to harass or defame others
- Using the service unlawfully
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proof of Strife and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, lost profits, data loss, reputational harm, or business damages arising from use of the Service.
If liability is imposed despite this limitation, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proof of Strife and its operators from claims arising from your uploads, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
8. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
